The rental includes a private garage and private pool which can be heated upon request.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee-maker and all the utensils needed to prepare meals.
There is a comfortable lounge area with sea view, wood-burning stove and upstairs bathroom. The villa has free wi-fi connection throughout. There is a dining area and a large balcony with outdoor furniture and barbeque.
Downstairs there are three bedrooms with comfortable beds and two bathrooms. The villa is fully air conditioned (heating and cooling) and also has gas heaters, plus the wood-burner. 
The garden area includes sun-loungers and a panoramic sea-view. The gardener and the pool man come once a week, which is included in the rental fee. 
Electricity, water and gas are paid for separately.
