COSTS AND PAYMENTS FOR LONG TERM RENTALS:
1- AVAILABILITY OF THE HOUSE SEASON 2018-2019: NOVEMBER 5 ,2018 TO MAY 27, 2019
2- MINIMUM STAY: 30 DAYS - Payment in full, by bank transfer, at  booking action. At a CHECK IN MOMENT, you must give a caution with the value of €350,00,IN CASH,  that will be returned , IN CASH at the check out moment , afther payment of watter, energy, and  the equipment conditions.
3- PERIODS HIGHER THAN 1 MONTH: PAYMENT OF 2 MONTH, AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING, BY BANK TRANSFER; AT  CHECK IN, ADVANCE OF A DEPOSIT, IN CASH, IN THE VALUE OF € 500.00, THAT WILL SERVE FOR THE ACCOUNTS OF THE WATER, ENERGY  AND ANY DAMAGE ON THE EQUIPMENT OF THE HOUSE. EVERY MONTH, AFTER WITHDRAWING THE VALUE OF WATER AND LIGHT EXPENSES, THAT VALUE MUST BE REPOSTED. THE CAUTION WILL BE RETURNED AT THE CHECK OUT MOMENT AFTHER ALL PAYMENTS.
4- PRICE PER WEEK: 320,00 €  (More than 30 days)
5-If you require bed linen, towels and cleaning service, change of linen and cleaning will be done every 8 days, at a date and time to be combined, for € 85.00, paid directly to the housekeeper who performs the task, and at the time of such action.
5- OPERATING EXPENSES:
WATER: At the check in moment, the water is counted and, monthly by means of the reading of the expenses, the cost is calculated. This amount is withdrawn from the caution, which must be immediately replaced. (until the 8th of each month). For stays of less than one month, at the  CHECK OUT accounts will be made. The reference price for m3 of water is +/-  1€m3.
ELECTRICAL ENERGY: In the check in the light is counted and, monthly by means of the reading of the expenses, the cost is calculated. This amount is withdrawn from the caution, which must be immediately replaced. (until the 8th of each month). For stays of less than one month, at the CHECK OUT accounts will be made. The Kw reference price is +/- 1.25 €. /Kw
GAZ: It is impossibility do an counting of the existing gas, the situation is like this: there is a bottle of gas in operation; When  it  finishes, must be replaced by the customer.
6- BOOKING CONDITIONS:
    To make reservation it`s necessary:
a) Make the payment under the conditions above.
b) On the same date, send by mail, a coppy of all I.D. travelers, and the fiscal
number of the person that makes the payment.
c) Proof of the steering less than30 days.
d) Valid and legible documents.
e) The mail sent, should say, on the top …….” Read and accept the rental conditions,.”..
f) FAILURE TO COMPLAY WITH ANY OH THE ITEMS 1 TO 4, CANCEL THE AGREEMENT AND RESERVATION.
