Jabuti, near to the beach Fuseta, underfloorheating

The Jabuti holiday homes are located in a quiet, rural location with a big garden and characteristic old trees such as olive, almond and carob trees. Our place is located in Murtais, which lies between the villages of Fuseta and Moncarapacho and has a fantastic view over the hills and the sea. It is a 5 min drive to the beach and a 20 min drive to Faro airport. This area is located in the Eastern Algarve and is known for its authentic villages.

Why spend the winter at Jabuti?
As a winter visitor you have different needs than the 'normal' holiday visitor and we can respond well to the needs of the winter visitor:


  • Our holiday homes are equipped with underfloor heating. This is a plus in winter because in the months of November, December, January, February and March it can be really cold in the evenings. The underfloor heating ensures that the house is nice and warm. (Heating costs are included)

  • A luxury kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, 4 burner induction hob and oven so you can cook your own food.

  • Closeby there are supermarkets, bakery's, banks, restaurants and cafes

  • Free use of internet and Dutch/European television.

  • The house is cleaned once a week and you will receive clean linen, bath linen and kitchen linen.

  • You can use the washing machine for 5 euros.

  • We can help you with questions you have during the winter period. For example, where is a Dutch doctor, what activities are there to do, etc.



Winterprices 
The minimal amount of winter-rental is 4 weeks.

Casa Osga:      3 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 bathroom             €350,-
Casa Frango:   2 bedrooms, 1 living room and 2 bathrooms            €325,-
Casa Cobra:    1 bedroom, 1 living room and 1 bathroom                €300,-

Bed-, bath- and kitchen linen is provided and will be changed weekly. 
Floor heating, TV, internet and the final cleaning is included.

De vakantiehuizen van Jabuti zijn gelegen op een rustige, landelijke locatie met een grote tuin en karakteristieke oude bomen zoals olijf-, amandel- en johannesbroodbomen. Onze plek is gelegen in Murtais, dat tussen de dorpen Fuseta en Moncarapacho ligt en een fantastisch uitzicht heeft over de heuvels en de zee. Het is 5 minuten rijden naar het strand en 20 minuten rijden naar de luchthaven van Faro. Dit gebied ligt in de Oost-Algarve en staat bekend om zijn authentieke dorpjes.

Waarom overwinteren in Jabuti?
Als overwinteraar heeft u andere wensen dan de 'gewone' vakantieganger en wij kunnen goed inspelen op de behoefte van de overwinteraar:


  • Onze vakantiewoningen zijn voorzien van vloerverwarming. Dit is een pluspunt in de winter want in de maanden november, december, januari, februari en maart kan het 's avonds erg koud zijn. De vloerverwarming zorgt ervoor dat het huis lekker warm is. (stookkosten zijn inbegrepen)

  • Een luxe keuken met koelkast en vriezer, vaatwasser, 4 pits inductiekookplaat en oven zodat je zelf je eten kunt koken.

  • Dichtbij zijn er supermarkten, bakkers, banken, restaurants en cafés

  • Gratis gebruik van internet en Nederlandse/Europese televisie.

  • De woning wordt 1 keer per week schoongemaakt en u ontvangt schoon linnengoed, badlinnen en keukenlinnen.

  • U kunt de wasmachine gebruiken voor 5 euro.

  • Wij kunnen u helpen met vragen die u heeft tijdens de winterperiode. Waar is bijvoorbeeld een Nederlandse arts, welke activiteiten zijn er te doen, etc.
