Would you like to escape from the cold and dreary changeable winter weather and spend a little longer making the most of a warmer climate? Then a long-stay holiday in Quinta de Vida may be just the thing for you. During the low season (November through to April) a special reduced rate applies when you rent one of our accommodations for a minimum period of 4 weeks.

Our houses have been designed to offer a high degree of comfort in summer and winter. All five accommodations have underfloor heating throughout the ground floor (including the bedrooms and bathrooms).  The kitchens are fully equipped with dishwasher, induction cooker, oven and large fridge/freezer – in short, home from home in terms of ease of living.

Casa Lagar and Casa Estábulo are in the winter a 2-bed apartment with 2 bathrooms, this means that there is a bigger livingspace in wintertim! (in summer there are 3 bedrooms). So both houses then sleep 4 in their two double bedrooms. Casa da Vida, Casa Vaso and Casa Velha have a comfortable living area and two bedrooms and one bathroom.

During the day there is always a sunny spot to be found on the private patio areas around the houses or in the big garden. Or have a nice barbecue and cook in your own outdoor kitchen.

Bed-, bath- and kitchen linen is provided and will be changed weekly. Also a cleaning every two weeks, use of under floor heating, TV, internet and the final cleaning is included.

Prices
The minimal amount of winter-rental is 4 weeks.

The prices per week for Casa Lagar and Casa Estábulo is €375,- for Casa da Vida it is €350,- per week and for Casa Vaso and Casa Velha it is €325,- per week. Prices are included with all the linen with weekly change, cleaning every two weeks, all the electricity and water (there is no gas), TV, Internet and the final cleaning.

Our winter-rental prices are always based on a stay of 2 people.
If you want to receive guests/family there will be a small extra charge of €10,- per person per day.

On arrival you always have to pay a deposit of €300,- when you leave the house without any damages of course you will get you deposit back.



Nederlandse versie

Wilt u graag de koude natte winters in Nederland ontvluchten en liever in een land met een heel aangenaam klimaat kunnen verblijven? Dan is overwinteren bij Quinta da Vida een goede optie. In het laagseizoen (november t/m april) is er de mogelijkheid om bij ons te komen overwinteren.

Er zijn vele wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden direct vanuit de Quinta. Verschillende routes zijn beschikbaar op de Quinta. 

Onze woningen zijn zo ontworpen dat ze zowel in de zomer als in de winter heel aangenaam zijn om in te wonen. Alle vijf de woningen zijn op de begane grond voorzien van vloerverwarming (ook in de slaapkamers en badkamers). De keukens die van alle gemakken zijn voorzien zoals o.a. een vaatwasser, inductiekookplaat, oven en grote koelkast, zorgen ervoor dat u niks hoeft te missen. Als u wilt overwinteren kunt u kiezen uit een van onze vier huizen. Casa Lagar en Casa Estábulo zijn voorzien van een extra grote leefruimte. Dit houdt in dat de woningen dan twee 2-persoonsslaapkamers hebben. Casa da Vida, Casa Vaso en Casa Velha hebben 2 slaapkamers en één badkamer.

Gedurende de dag vindt u op uw privé terras altijd een plekje met zon of ergens in de grote tuin. Of maak een heerlijke barbecue maaltijd op uw eigen barbecue in de buitenkeuken op uw terras.

Natuurlijk krijgt u linnengoed, badlinnen en keukenlinnen. Wij zullen er voor zorgen dat u wekelijks schoon linnengoed krijgt. Ook zal er tweewekelijks schoongemaakt worden zodat uw huis weer lekker fris is.

Tarieven
Minimale aaneengesloten huurperiode is 4 weken.
De kosten zijn €375,- per week voor Casa Lagar en Casa Estábulo. Casa da Vida is €350,- per week en Casa Vaso en Casa Velha zijn €325,- per week.

Prijs is inclusief linnengoed, tweewekelijkse schoonmaak en linnengoed wissel, gebruik van de vloerverwarming, TV (alle NL zenders!), internet en de eindschoonmaak. Er zijn geen verdere verplichte kosten. 

De prijzen zijn altijd gebaseerd op een verblijf voor 2 personen!

Wilt u vrienden of familie ontvangen dan kan dat in overleg en tegen een kleine onkostenvergoeding van €10,- per persoon per nacht.

Bij aankomst zal altijd een contante borg van €300,- worden gevraagd.
Eventuele schade zal met de borg worden verrekend. Is er geen schade? Dan krijgt u uw borg gewoon terug.
