Description: Lagos is one of the most beautiful cities in the Algarve and a great place to spend the winter as there is always lots going on, even in low season. This apartment has an excellent location at the edge of the historic centre of the town. It is within easy walking distance to all the shops, cafés, restaurants and the centre of town. Also only a 10 minute walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to the Marina. There is a large free car park right next to it, so its no problem if you decide to come with a car. The apartment is on the first floor (only accessible by stairs) and has recently been totally renovated, with a new modern and stylish design. There is a fully equipped kitchen with sitting area, oven, dish-washer, large fridge, washing machine, stove and all necessary utensils. There is a cosy sofa and dining chairs around the kitchen "island". There are two bathrooms, one leading off the living area and the other ensuite from the master bedroom. Both have walk-in showers. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king-size double bed and a lounger. The second bedroom is upstairs, with an equally comfortable king-size bed. There is also a roof terrace with outdoor seating. The apartment comes with high speed, fibre optic internet connection. It is easy to heat using the inverter air conditioning system and there is also an electric heater available.

The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, sunny living room and a large balcony over-looking the attractive condominium pools. The apartment is right in the middle of the Marina, but in a quiet location. It is only 2 minutes walk to the Pingo Doce supermarket and about 10 minutes walk to Meia Praia beach. It is located on the 1st floor but it is accessible by elevator. Easy parking nearby. The internet connection is very good and suitable for anyone working away home. A wide range of TV channels and streaming services are available on the Smart TV. Heating is provided via Air Conditioners in every room. The monthly rate is 1250€ for stay of 3 months or more. One or two month stays are accepted with a small extra charge for cleaning. All utilities, internet, linen and towels are included.

Description: A beautiful, sunny, ground floor apartment, sharing a well-kept garden and pool with 6 other one and two bedroom apartments. The grounds tend to be very quiet in winter time and renters will normally have the whole place to themselves. The apartment is wheelchair accessible and all on the ground-floor. There is a private car park with a gate, making it very safe. The living room and one of the bedrooms open up on to two large, private patios, surrounded by the garden and a little footpath leading off to the pool. The pool area comprises two pools, a large built-in barbeque, table and chairs, lots of sunbeds with straw umbrellas, and an outside toilet and shower. Inside the apartment is very light, bright and modern. The living room has a comfortable sofa which can convert into a double bed if needed, a large flat screen TV with USB entrance, a dining table and a well equipped kitchenette. There is one bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. A cleaner comes once a week to change the linen and bath towels and to do a general clean. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes or to the centre of Luz in 5 minutes. The apartments are located on the edge of the village, which means that although you are still very close to the centre, it is still very quiet and peaceful. Outside all you can hear are the birds twittering.

Description: Casa Túlipa is a gorgeous three bedroom villa right in the centre of Praia da Luz. It is only three minute's walk to the beach and less that 1 minute to walk to the supermarket which is just across the road. Despite this, it is very quiet as there are no roads around the villa, no traffic going past and the neighbourhood is very calm and tranquil. The villa is located on two floors. On the top floor you will find a large, open space living and dining room, with a wood-burning fire and a radiator in case you don't want to light the fire. There is also a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven. This floor also features a small bathroom and washing machine. The whole floor gets lots of light from large french windows, opening onto a spacious, sunny balcony with a sea view. Part of the balcony is covered and has some comfy outdoor chairs and a table. Downstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is plenty of storage space in the wardrobes, a safe and each room has sliding glass doors leading outside. The rooms are all heated with radiators and electric heaters. Outside, the walled terrace is partially covered, so you can sit in the shade if you want. There is a barbeque, some sun beds, a table and chairs for outdoor dining, deck chairs and a plunge pool.
